Air Fryer Chicken Wings Recipe

Our air fryer chicken wings are always crispy and cook faster than in a standard oven. Buffalo-sauce your air fryer wings and get rave reviews!

– 1 1/2 pounds party style chicken wings can also use whole chicken wings that have been halved crosswise – 3/4 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon pepper – 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon onion powder – 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frnk’s Red Hot Sauce – 4 tablespoons butter melted – 1 tablespoon honey – celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving.


Heat the air fryer to 400°F. Put chicken wings in a basin. Toss in salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.  


Step 1

Put wings in the air fryer basket or tray in a single layer. If they don't fit, work in batches.  

Step 2

Bake wings for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until deep golden brown and crispy.  

Step 3

Mix spicy sauce, butter, and honey in a small basin. Take the air-fried wings out. Toss wings in sauce to coat evenly.  

Step 4

Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
