Cilantro Lime Shrimp Recipe

This cilantro lime shrimp recipe uses soft shrimp, butter, garlic, cumin, lime juice, and fresh cilantro. This dish is ready in minutes!  

– 2 tablespoons butter – 1 pound extra large shrimp peeled and deveined – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – 2 teaspoons minced garlic – ¼ teaspoon cumin – ¼ cup chopped cilantro leave – 2 tablespoons lime juice – cilantro springs and lime wedges for garnish

INGREDIENTS 

In a big pan over high heat, melt the butter. Sprinkle a lot of salt and pepper on the shrimp.  

INSTRUCTION

Step 1

After you add the shrimp, cook for three to four minutes, turning every now and then, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.  

Step 2

After you add the cumin and garlic, cook for one more minute. Add the parsley and lime juice and mix well.  

Step 3

Serve right away, with lime wedges and cilantro leaves on top if you want.
