Delicious Chocolate Fudge Cookies Recipe

There are a lot of semisweet chocolate chips in these rich and chewy chocolate fudge cookies. A quick and delicious treat that can be used for any event!  

– 16 ounces semisweet chocolate chips divided use – ¼ cup butter cut into slice – 2 egg – ¾ cup brown sugar packed – ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract – ⅔ cup all purpose flour – ¼ teaspoon kosher salt – ½ teaspoon baking powder


Put 8 ounces of chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Chocolate and butter should be almost melted after 30 seconds. Gently stir.  


Step 1

Mix eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat 3–4 minutes to foam. Beat melted chocolate into egg mixture for 1 minute until smooth.  

Step 2

Add flour, salt, and baking powder to bowl. Simply combine. Use ¾ of the remaining chocolate chips, reserving the rest for later use.  

Step 3

Cover bowl and chill dough for 1 hour until hard. Preheat oven to 350. Two parchment-lined or nonstick baking sheets.  

Step 4

Make 2-tablespoon dough balls. Bake balls 2-3" apart on pans. Place saved chocolate chips on cookie dough balls.  

Step 5

Bake cookie sheets 12-14 minutes for crispy edges. Cool biscuits on sheets for 10 minutes. transfer to rack to cool.
