How to Get a Workout in While Traveling

You can do these anywhere and don't need any tools. In a short sequence, work out different muscle groups with moves like push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, and burpees.  

Bodyweight Exercises:  

Resistance bands are small, light, and can be used for a variety of strength training exercises. One way to use them is to do rows, arm curls, and shoulder presses.

There are websites and apps that can help you stay fit that you can use. These can help you stay motivated and set up routines.  

Fitness Apps or Online Workouts:  

Short distances should be walked instead of taken, the lift should be taken instead of the stairs, and the day should be spent walking around.
