NASCAR Fans Say DEI Is Dying After Team Shockingly Demotes Struggling Female Driver

Not that DEI! No more Earnhardt Inc. Sad. So it is. The other DEI. Bad 2024. The worst. AM Racing demoted the most popular Xfinity Series driver, Hailie Deegan, this week.

Saturday, 22-year-old Deegan won't drive in Chicago.  Instead, Joey Logano will drive Deegan's No. 15 Ford for "feedback" to improve. Whooooooof. Not good. I doubt president Wade Moore's final spin.

The subject is clear to me. Hailie Deegan is struggling this season, so the team is asking an experienced racer if it's her, the car, or both. Deegan, a NASCAR rising star, has never won. Except three ARCA West titles.

Her 18 Xfinity starts have produced no wins, top-5s, or top-10s. Her best finish this year was 12th at Talladega. All but four races have placed her 20th or worse. Hailie Deegan nearly lost her job in 2021 for slurring. Another tale.

Analytics professionals create bad on-track stats. Is Deegan accountable? No idea. Seriously. A la Hailie Deegan. I enjoy her sports.

This is her third year as Trucks and Xfinity Series Most Popular Driver. So impressive. Both Elliott and Earnhardt. I said. Results missing. Actually never were. NASCAR fans are focused, as expected.

I could continue! But I won't. You grasp. Not pretty. Hailie Deegan tweets are useless. Remember when people loved/hated?! Danica Patrick? Steroid-boosted. Hailie Deegan never acted.

Fans say NASCAR hired Hailie Deegan from DEI. She may draw sponsors—follow the money, especially in NASCAR—but to each their own.  Conclusion? Take off, Hailie.
